Our products are digital software (WordPress Themes & HTML Templates) delivered instantly via download. Because of the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.
However, we understand that technical issues can happen. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:
1. The product is completely non-functional or broken.
2. The product description was misleading.
3. Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
– You simply changed your mind.
– You decided you do not like the design after downloading.
– You do not have the technical skills to use WordPress.
Since this is an instant digital download, there is no “cancellation” once the file has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded the file yet, you may request a cancellation via email.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
